2nd Annual Kids Entrepreneur & Art Fair

Join us for a fun and inspiring day where kids showcase their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit! Students will have the opportunity to sell handmade products, offer services, and display artwork while building real-world skills and confidence.

Children may participate in one or both events below.

Kids Entrepreneur Fair

Young entrepreneurs will create their own small business and run a booth during the event.

Who can participate:
Children ages 6–14

Booth Details

• $25 booth fee
• 8-foot table shared between two businesses
• 1–2 chairs provided
• Tent coverage provided
• Tablecloths NOT provided (please bring your own)
• No electricity available

Kids should take the lead in running their business, including setup, customer interaction, and sales.

Cash Prizes

• Overall Winner — $100
• Highest Business Potential — $50
• Most Original Business Idea — $50
• Best Presentation Award — $50

Student Art Fair

Students who prefer to showcase their creativity through artwork can submit pieces to be displayed at the event.

Who can participate:
Children ages 6–14

Accepted Art Forms

• Drawings
• Paintings
• Collages
• Sculptures
• Photography
• Digital art
• Mixed media
• 3D artwork

Multiple submissions are welcome!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do kids have to attend Connections Learning Lab to participate?

No! The event is open to both CLL students and the community.

Yes. Up to three children may work together on one business and should submit one application.

Participants can sell handmade products, crafts, baked goods, or offer a service. Creativity is encouraged!

Yes. The event will include tents so all booths are covered.

No. Booths should plan to operate without electricity.

Parents may sit with younger children, but kids should be responsible for interacting with customers and running their business.
